At 78 years old, Dr. Shepard continues to advocate, teach, and mentor. He focuses on enabling others, especially individuals within his community, to capture a vision of themselves becoming all they are destined to be. He shares what his father taught him about understanding that work is your friend, and wants his audiences to leave with a mindset that says, "If he can, so can I."
